& Conditions

By creating an account on phkidlat, accessing the platform as a guest, or using any feature of the phkidlat service, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the phkidlat platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding contract between you and phkidlat.

Your continued use of phkidlat following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. phkidlat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but such notification is not guaranteed and does not affect the binding nature of the updated Terms.

To register and maintain an account on phkidlat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing phkidlat from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phkidlat or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from phkidlat or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

phkidlat reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account pending verification. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of account balances.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on phkidlat. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phkidlat employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. phkidlat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. All information provided to phkidlat is subject to verification against government-issued identification documents.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phkidlat account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phkidlat will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify phkidlat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phkidlat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.1 Deposits

phkidlat accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits published on the platform. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Deposits are generally credited to your phkidlat wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank or e-wallet provider.

phkidlat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. phkidlat aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within one hour of approval during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to limits published on the platform
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name
• phkidlat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phkidlat are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phkidlat does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

phkidlat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods.

Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be permanently closed. phkidlat's determination of bonus abuse is final.

phkidlat reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings credited to a player's account in error. Players are not entitled to retain funds credited as a result of a technical error or system malfunction.

All games available on phkidlat are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. phkidlat's game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable results for all players.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phkidlat's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. phkidlat is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interruptions to your internet service during gameplay.

phkidlat reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phkidlat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with phkidlat's software or systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phkidlat staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

phkidlat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who wish to self-exclude from phkidlat may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, phkidlat will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, though we cannot guarantee prevention of access via all possible means.

All content on the phkidlat platform — including but not limited to the phkidlat name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phkidlat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phkidlat platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phkidlat platform without the prior written consent of phkidlat. Any unauthorized use of phkidlat's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phkidlat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phkidlat platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

phkidlat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phkidlat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phkidlat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phkidlat makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

phkidlat collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using phkidlat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phkidlat complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

phkidlat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be published on the phkidlat platform with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, phkidlat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of phkidlat after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phkidlat operates in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
